JULY 9, 2009 - RMMCC Steering Committee met at Dad's BBQ for a Wrap Up Dinner.

Tony Di Censo, Director,  chaired the meeting.  He brought us up to speed on preliminary ground work for 2010:
  •      Vendors
  •      Sponsors
  •      PPIR
  •      Advertising
  •      NonProfit Application, etc.

Tony will meet with PPIR before the end of July to hammer out some concerns.

There's only one thing missing from Southern Colorado Mustang Club, Southern Colorado Mopar Club, All GMs, and Corvette Club..........VOLUNTEERS.  We need your help.  We've mapped out smaller task areas to be handled to sub-committees - but we need PEOPLE to get this stuff going.
  •      Step up.
  •      Give us a call.

In October we'll actually have the committees detailed as to responsibilities and time-lines.  Will you help?

DATE:  June 5, 2010
LOCATION:  Pikes Peak Internation Raceway

We took a breather after the May 30, 2009 RMMCC show....until the next morning when we cruised to McCandless Veterans Home in Florence.

Then we sat back and did nothing until Wednesday June 3rd.  That's when we had our "Post Mortem" meeting at PPIR with Bob and Paul of PPIR and all of the representatives from Southern Colorado Mopar, Southern Colorado Corvette/GM, Rocky Mountain Mustangers and Southern Colorado Mustang Clubs.

We recapped the previous weekends events and brought to the table ideas that we've all gathered from our individual club meetings.

We've already outlined improvements for next year and set the date...Saturday, June 5, 2010.

Input?  Ideas?  Criticism?  Praise?  Shoot us an email via the "Contact Us" page of this site, or give us a call.  We'll post progress as time goes by.

June and July will mainly be consumed by contacting Magazines for 2010 coverage.  Actual down 'n dirty meetings start in October.
